  Unfortunately not a good experience with them. They need to improve their customer services.
  When l asked them for a refund of my prescribed medication, their answer was that I damaged the quailty of the medication and can't resell it.
  To be frank, I never opened the medication after getting it even though l acknowledged the way i stored it may cause some change to the medication but definitely no damage.
  However, when l opened it for the first time after failing to get it refunded, I realised the case of medication was already used, so l gave them a call. Guess what, the Asian lady picked the call and yelled at me, saying 'stop abusing her'. That's hilarious because I talked with them calmly and wanted to understand what happened as a normal customer request. If there were no problem to the medication they gave to me, why on earth would they be unable to return it and even hit the roof?
  All in all, I won't go back to them any more as they are incompetent to handle customers in my opion.

  Ngu is fantastic at this pharmacy. She is very knowledgeable takes the time to help, and explain if need be. Highly convenient location for our family and highly competent and always friendly staff! Great range of products (open 7 days - hours vary) and always weekly specials on products also give supermarkets a run for their money. Thanks Ngu for your help over the years x

  My first experience with Reedy Creek Pharmacy has not been positive. They wrote the wrong instructions for the medication on the bottle. Instead of instructing to take at night they wrote to take in the morning. From the first day I experienced drowsiness and did not feel great. After a few days I went back to the pharmacy and asked to see the doctors prescription and immediately saw the problem. They tried to argue that the medication would not make me feel drowsy and that it was my other medication. I knew this wasn't true because I had taken the other medication for years with no side effects. I had repeats coming on the medication so I asked for the prescription back so I could go to another chemist. I also asked for my money back which they eventually gave to me , to their credit.

  Supplied product that is not suitable for purpose even after asking if it was safe to use. Maybe it would help if they actually spoke English instead of just nodding at you, this chemist is DANGEROUS!!!
