  We used David Carriere to find and lock in a loan for our house. A few areas he excelled in are education, responsiveness, and market-watching. David acknowledged that most of his clients are not educated in this space. He stated that if any of his communication was not clear, please point this out. He gave great advice about market timing and doing the best thing possible to get a great rate. He explained the process of buying points and how long one would have to hold the mortgage to make that profitable. David gives you the sense that he doesn’t sleep at night because he is obsessing about the mortgage market.
  
  David is accessible via text and phone. We will work with him in the future.

  This one of the easiest companies to work with. We came to them with a very short window of time and these guys went way above and beyond getting us our dream home! If you use this company, you will not be disappointed, from David himself to the realtors and his staff. Ron was also awesome, this team are masters of their craft. Highly recommend, David is truly a master of his craft.

  Con and his team made my experience as a first-time home buyer as smooth as possible! They made sure things were processed timely, were easy to get in contact with, & were helpful in getting updates about the house's progress. Their team is very friendly, personable, and easy to work with as well. Additionally, Con went out of his way to make sure my financing was as affordable as possible, which I very much appreciated. I recommend him and his team to anyone looking for a loan provider!

  David, Ron and the rest of the Smarter Mortgage team were the single best resource I had to lean on when I bought my first home.
  David was incredibly knowledgeable about every facet of the home buying process, was able to answer literally every questions I had.
  
  They would keep me in the loop for every step they were making and make sure I was aware of the next steps either of us would have to consider next.
  
  I am writing this from my new home, which I couldn't be happier with, bought with a mortgage I am truly comfortable with. Even David's recommendation for home insurance are great.
